Submitting an enquiry through our website, WhatsApp, email, or social media does not automatically confirm your booking.
A booking is only confirmed after:

- Availability is checked
- Price is confirmed
- Required payment or deposit is received, if applicable
- We send you a confirmation message

- They provide accurate booking information
- They follow local rules, hotel rules, ferry rules, and guide instructions
- They take care of their personal belongings
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the traveler, late arrival, immigration problems, expired passports, or failure to meet travel requirements.
6. Ferry, Hotel, and Partner Services
Some parts of the tour may be provided by third-party partners, such as ferry operators, hotels, restaurants, transport providers, attractions, or activity providers.
We do our best to work with trusted partners. However, we are not responsible for delays, schedule changes, service interruptions, weather issues, operational changes, or other matters outside our direct control.
